Vanilla cream
Instructions
Put in pan 40 cl of milk with a knob of butter and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the sugar and mixing it.
Apart from dissolving in the remaining cold milk, and starch the tip of a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Merge it to the other milk stirring with a whisk and set on fire.
Boil the cream for 2 minutes.
Break it up into 4 cups and place in refrigerator.
Serve cold cream.

- 50 cl of milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Butter
