Mint ice cream
Instructions
Finely chop the mint leaves, raccoglietele and when done in a bowl with sugar.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat, let cool and add the two egg yolks and mix until a smooth cream.
Let cool.
Whip the cream and pour the mixture of sugar and Mint, then melted chocolate.
Pour everything into a mold wet and keep in the freezer three or four hours.
Put, decorated with sprigs of cream and mint leaves.

- 200 g of mint leaves
- 80 g of sugar
- 60 g of chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of sweet cream
