Green tea ice cream
Instructions
Put the vanilla ice cream in a bowl and lightly knead several with a spoon until smooth.
Add the tablespoon of powdered Japanese green tea (it is important that both type Japanese MatCha) and mix with ice cream.
When the tea is perfectly combined with ice cream, i.
e.
when the latter becomes a clear emerald green colour, let it sit awhile and refrigerate so it will thicken.

- 600 g of base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 1 tablespoon of green tea powder
