Instructions

Use a baking dish containing meat almost completely, leaving 1 finger space on the sides.

Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a layer of salt, add the meat then cover evenly to the sides and top with the remaining salt.

Put in hot oven, uncovered, and bake for about 40-50 minutes.

Break the crust of salt and serve immediately hot meat.
