Instructions
Pass the corn flakes in the mixer until polverizzarli.
Beat the eggs with the salt, then add the cheese and corn flakes.
Mix well the mixture with your hands and form of not-too-thick pancakes.
Cook in butter bubbling about 3 minutes on each side and serve immediately very hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of unsweetened corn flakes
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of grated gruyere cheese
- Salt
- Olive oil
