The camembert fritters
Instructions
Cut the camembert into eight equal parts.
Grate the bread crumbs.
Beat the eggs.
Mix the flour to Cayenne.
Passed every portion of camembert first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Heat plenty of oil in a deep Fryer or in a pan until it reaches the right heat for frying (try to soak a piece of bread: it must come immediately afloat and Brown in a minute).
Then FRY slices of camembert until are well browned (about 1 minute) and dry them with paper towels.
Wash the apples, cut them into quarters and place them between the pancakes on serving dishes.
The pancakes are served well.

- 1 camembert cheese
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of dry bread crumbs
- 1 pinch of cayenne
- Frying oil
- 2 apples
