Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, softened butter, pinch of cinnamon, salt, cream and grated lemon peel; Whisk and add the egg whites.

Heat the butter, pour in the mixture, give it the form of omelet and cook.

Serve after soaked with liquor and sprinkled with a thin layer of sugar.
