Delicatina omelette
Instructions
Beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl and then sprinkle with salt and add the Basil.
Apart from coarsely grate the cheeses, which are then joined to the eggs.
In a pan heat the olive oil and pour in the mixture of cheeses to which should be given a disk shape.
Turn the omelet onto itself so that it has even cooking and Golden on the outside and is soft inside.

- 70 g of grana padano cheese
- 70 g of fontina cheese
- 70 == G Gruyere cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Some leaves of basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
