Fregnacce alla sabinese
Instructions
The fregnacce resemble maltagliati.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Take a skillet, place oil, garlic, chilli and make Saute; then add: mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
Drain the maltagliati, merge them prepared and giving them to the sauce.
Finally, sprinkle with parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of fregnacce type pasta
- 100 g of mixed mushrooms
- 1 bottle of tomato
- Sprinkling 1 of parsley
- 1 handful of black olives
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 pinches of chilli
