Fennel Gratin (Finocchi Gratinati)
Instructions
Remove outer leaves of fennel, washed and cut into thick slices lengthwise about 1 cm.
Blanch in boiling salted water.
Using a skimmer to transfer without drain too in a baking dish.
In a bowl mix the crumbs with salt, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and ground pepper.
Add a little olive oil and mix.
Sprinkle the fennel with this mixture, sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 4 large fennel
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 1 thread of preferably apulian olive oil
- Crumbled bread crumb stale pugliese
- Salt
- Minced 1 of white pepper
