The rocket slices
Instructions
Clean and wash the arugula.
Heat the oil and cook the meat bright flame 20 seconds per side.
Place on a serving dish and add salt slightly.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in the same skillet, combine the arugula, salt mix, put a lid and cook for about 1 minute.
Spread over the meat and serve immediately.
