Instructions

Place the flour on a baking tray and bake the pizza to the oven hot.

When the flour has reached a golden color, remove it, take two or three spoonfuls and place it in a saucepan with hot water on the fire, stirring.

When it is well thickened, add a pinch of salt or sugar and remove from heat.
