Aphrodisiac farfallette
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan and saucepan, heat the garlic.
Add the salmon, cut into strips and caviar.
Let stand for a few minutes on gentle heat, then add the vodka, which will slowly fade.
Remove the garlic, add the kiwi peeled and cut into cubes and cream.
Stirring on low heat, Cook until the sauce reaches the right density.
Cook the farfalle in salted water to the boil, drain underdone and flavour them with the prepared sauce.
Stir gently and serve immediately, piping hot.

- 200 g of type paste butterflies
- 10 g of caviar
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- 50 G = = Cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 kiwi
- Salt
