Rice with cheese dumplings
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cheese, well drained rice add little by little and mix so that it mixes well.
Open on the countertop the slices of ham, sprinkle the dough with rice and cheese, put them in parcels and cover them with a toothpick.
Arrange the ham dumplings on a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add some butter and cook in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of rice
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 1 mozzarella mozzarella cut into cubes
- 8 slices cooked ham (thick slices)
- Breadcrumbs
- Some flakes of butter
