Mixed bean salad
Instructions
Shelled beans and boil them in salted boiling water with chopped shallots.
Boil the beans after they are also deprived of tips and any wire.
Collect them in a salad bowl.
In a bowl mix half a clove of garlic with a few tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and crumbled chili.
This sauce seasoned with bean salad and beans only 10 minutes before bringing it to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of borlotti beans and cannellini beans
- 50 g of green beans
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- Hot pepper
