Juniper elixir
Instructions
In a container hermetically sealed glass containing a mixture composed of 170 g of alcohol at 95 degrees and 500 g water, 240 g to macerate of juniper berries moderately pounded, 6 g of aniseed, cinnamon 3 g bruised.
Leave to infuse for 10 days without stirring; filter and add 500 g of sugar.
When the sugar has completely dissolved, the liqueur is ready.
Consume at a spoonful of soup or a shot before each meal to stimulate the appetite and aid digestion.
