Juniper berry cocktail
Instructions
In one litre of white wine put to infuse for two days, five grams of juniper berries, fifteen grams of calzaya (species of Peruvian bark), 15 grams of bitter cassia.
Filter the liquid and mix it with equal amounts of bitter orange syrup.
Serve in low gotto
