Coconut sweets
Instructions
Broil the sugar, egg whites and a pinch of salt until the sugar is completely melted, add coconut and mix.
Anoint with oil oven plate, join a small amount of the compound well spaced between them (about 40) and bake at 180 degrees until golden in color.
Serve cold.

- 6 eggs
- 300 g of grated fresh coconut
- Olive oil
- Salt
