Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the boiling milk while stirring wire.

Bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 500 g of stale milk bread
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of sultanas
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of rum (or brandy)
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of apricot jam
