The candied fruit cake
Instructions
Cover of puff pastry 1 mould and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and then allow to cool.
Cover the dough with 1/4 of cream, previously mixed with brandy and sheets of isinglass softened.
Sprinkle the cream with 1 layer of Citron and candied chopped cherries and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

- 1 pack of thawed puff pastry
- Custard
- 2 teaspoons of brandy
- 2 sheets of isinglass
- Candied citron
- Candied cherries
