Cuñapés
Instructions
In a large bowl mix the cheese, tapioca, sugar and salt.
Add the milk, stirring.
Remove the dough from the bowl and knock it on a floor strewn with tapioca flour.
Knead until you get a firm ball.
Make small balls with your fingers, create a hole in the middle.
Put each cuñapés in tapioca flour and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 220 degrees already warm for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of fresh creamy cheese
- 100 g of tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- Salt
