Salmon toasts
Instructions
Arrange the slices of bread on the plate of the oven and let them roast at 200 degrees for a few minutes on both sides.
Sfornatele when they are lightly browned and roundtrip on the countertop.
Let soften butter at room temperature and spread with a knife onto bread slices.
Place on each one or two slices of salmon, depending on size, and sprinkle them with a little olive oil.
Season each crostone with a few drops of juice and a rub of lemon zest, then place them on a serving dish.
Garnish with sprigs of mint, washed and dried, and with half a lemon cut into thin slices.
