Ricotta tart
Instructions
Sift the ricotta, add the icing sugar, vanillin sachet, almonds and eggs.
Coat 1 tart mould with pastry, cover it with the ricotta and garnish with strips of pastry are grateful.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

- 500 g of ricotta
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 150 g of almonds
- 2 eggs
- Short pastry
- Cinnamon
