Mix well the flour, eggs, milk and melted butter.
Let stand for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Cook mushrooms in remaining butter and oil, add cream, cognac, and cook no more than 15 minutes.
Make crepes with the batter, put 1 tablespoon of mushrooms, make a sachet and tie it with chives or Leek cooked strips.
Serve hot.
