Instructions

Clean the eels leaving the skin and cut them into pieces of 6 cm.

Skewer the pieces of eel in skewers alternating with bay leaves.

Put the skewers on the grill hot oven at 250 degrees by placing below the oven a finger plate.

Bake for 25 minutes, turning the skewers at intervals of approximately 5 minutes.

Add salt when serving.
