Rice cream with cardamom
Instructions
Grind the rice with the coffee grinder, or use rice flour already ready.
In a saucepan pour the milk, wait for take the boil, then add the rice, stirring well with a whisk.
Bake for 25 minutes to slow fire and when cooked, add sugar and cardamom, using the small seeds, that they must be ground.
Mix everything with care.
Pour the creamed rice in individual cups and leave to cool to room temperature.
Before dessert, garnish cups with pistachios or almonds finely chopped.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of milk
- 150 g of rice (or rice flour)
- 5 capsules of cardamom
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 handful of pistachios (or almonds)
