Rice cream jelly
Instructions
Bring to a boil the broth, turn off and add 4 tablespoons of cream of precooked rice.
Softened with care so as not to form lumps.
Add stirring well homogenized.
Seasoned with olive oil and Parmesan.
Do not add salt.

- 200 g of vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons of rice cream
- 80 g of homogenized meat (preferably rabbit and turkey)
- 1 teaspoon of parmigiano
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin
