Instructions
Boil a potato, crush and add it to 250 g of defatted meat broth, bring to a boil and add one tablespoon of cream of rice and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and add a homogenized meat and one teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin.
