Mint Cream (Crema di Menta)
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk, remove from heat and add the vanilla and Mint syrup.
Apart beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour and milk, stirring to avoid lumps forming.
Put the mixture on the stove and Cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes until the custard has thickened.
Pour into 4 bowls, let cool and place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Decorate with fresh mint leaves.

- 75 cl of milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 g of sugar
- 80 g of flour
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 5 tablespoons of syrup mint
- Fresh mint
