Bring to a boil the milk, remove from heat and add the vanilla and Mint syrup.
Put in saucepan the yolks with sugar and beat the mixture with a whisk to get a soft cream, combine the flour and a little at a time, stirring, milk.
Put on the fire and let thicken.
Pour into 4 bowls and leave in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve with waffles.
