Mascarpone cream friands
Instructions
Put the yolks in a bowl, combine the sugar and mount them with a whisk until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the mascarpone, the Harbour, the 2 thirds of gingerbread with finely chopped 1 knife and mix well.
Pour the cream in 4 cups, place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Then sprinkle the surface with the remaining gingerbread.
Serve immediately cold.

- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of fine granulated sugar
- 300 g of mascarpone
- 3 tablespoons of porto wine
- 100 g of gingerbread
