Instructions
Put in 1 Bowl able eggs, yolks and sugar.
Mount everything until you get a white frothy cream.
With 1 flexible spatula to incorporate the cream a little at a time.
Pour the cream in 1 grooved mold 3 or 4 cm high.
Fill 1 large baking sheet halfway with hot water, dip the mold and bake in hot oven at 150 degrees for an hour and then leave it to cool.
Sprinkle a little sugar, pass it under the grill and let it caramelize.
Remove from the oven, keep in the refrigerator until serving.

- 100 cl of creme fraiche
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 200 g of sugar
