Mascarpone cream
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and stir, stir in the mascarpone cheese and grated chocolate.
Dip the macaroons, and one at a time, in coffee mixed with cognac.
Aligning in a deep dish 1/3 serving of macaroons in a single layer and cover with 1/3 of mascarpone cream.
Continue alternating layers of cream and macaroons.
Garnish with chocolate.

- 200 g of mascarpone
- 150 g of sugar
- 200 g of amaretti biscuits
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of strong espresso coffee
- 1 dram of cognac
