Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add the flour, milk and coffee.
Cook on moderate fire, preferably in a double boiler, stirring constantly and being careful not to boil.
Let cool and then add the whipped cream and serve.

- 5 egg yolks
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 cup of whipped
- 1 cup of concentrated coffee
