Coffee Cream (Crema al Caffè)
Instructions
Dissolve the sugar with the milk and cream and beat well with the whisk until the mixture is fluffy.
Dissolve the gelatin in the lukewarm coffee, add the chopped candied fruit and rum.
Mix everything well, with cream, put the mixture into four bowls and let cool in the refrigerator for two hours.
When serve garnish with whipped cream and coffee beans.

- 25 cl of cream
- 60 g of sugar
- 100 g of candied orange
- 1 cup of strong espresso coffee
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 leaves of gelatin
- 1 dram of rum
