Chocolate crown
Instructions
Put on the heat a frying pan with butter, then add the flour, cocoa and sugar and mix to moderate flame.
Dilute with milk, add the lemon zest, bring to a boil and let simmer until the cream has reached the right density.
Pour into a mold from pudding, let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

- 100 g of sweet cocoa
- 70 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 cl of milk
