Cups mascarpone cheese
Instructions
Place the potato starch in a bowl and stemperatela with a little milk.
Bring to a boil the remaining milk, to which you have added the powdered sugar, granulated and the grated lemon rind.
As soon as the milk boils, add the mixture of starch.
Let thicken the cream, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
Break the eggs, dividing the egg whites from the yolks; hold momentarily from the top and stir slowly the yolks with the cream.
Whip egg whites until foamy now firmly and add them to the mixture.
Let it sit and cool.
Put the mascarpone in a bowl and add the juice of an orange, then the prepared cream.
Spread the mixture into four bowls and let it freeze in the freezer for 3 hours.
Meanwhile, Peel the Orange shapes; separate the cloves, take away the skin and seeds and divide them into triangles.
Reduce the almonds to sticks.
At the appropriate time, remove the bowls from the freezer, guarnitele with orange triangles with almonds and serve.

- 40 g of starch
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 30 g of granulated sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 2 oranges
- 50 g of peeled almonds
