Instructions
Gently peel the persimmons, cut into small cubes and distribute them in 4 cups.
Cut into pieces the Kiwis and put on khakis.
Sprinkle with sugar and deglaze with the grappa.
Decorate with almonds.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.

- 4 large ripe persimmons
- 2 kiwi
- Sugar
- 40 g of leaf almond
- Grappa
