Pineapple cup
Instructions
Prepare according say pineapple sorbet, following the indications of the recipe.
Remove the slices of pineapple from the liquid in which they are immersed and cut them into small pieces.
Split and the pieces of pineapple in four cups and spray them with rum.
Remove the sorbet from freezer and cut into (special tool) twelve balls which will, three to three, in bowls with the pineapple.
Garnish each cup with two rolled wafers and serve.
