Coppe ' cerises '
Instructions
Prepare ice cream base liquor (preferably using cherry brandy) following the recipe.
When the ice cream is ready, remove it from the freezer and knock it with a wooden spoon to soften it slightly.
Then tiny chopped the Cherry (lasciatene some whole for garnish) and then gently to the ice cream.
Put the mixture in the freezer for about 30-40 minutes.
When serving, prepared with the appropriate tool of scoops and distribute them in individual cups; pour Cherry Syrup, decorated with some whole cherries and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 liquor ice cream (see recipe)
- 100 g of black cherries in syrup
- 1 glass of cherry syrup
