Cup of strawberries and mascarpone
Instructions
Work the egg yolks with sugar until foamy.
Add the mascarpone cheese stirring vigorously.
Blend strawberries (keeping aside 2 tablespoons to decorate Cup) with the kirsch, reunite the two mixtures and mix 3 egg whites very dense.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, garnish with remaining strawberries and put in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

- 600 g of mascarpone
- 4 eggs
- 2 bottles of frozen strawberries
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of kirsch
