Cup of pineapple and dried fruit
Instructions
Christmas recipe.
Cut pineapple slices into small pieces by removing any eyes with slanting cuts and collecting the juice into a bowl, then drizzle with a little rum and let soak for a few minutes.
Shelled nuts, coarsely spezzettatela, cut into chunks the dates and leave the raisins.
Stir the ingredients prepared, add sugar, split macedonia into 4 bowls of glass and decorated with chopped candied violets.
The candied violets can be purchased only in the best pastry shops.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 slices of pineapple
- 100 g of dried fruits (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sultanas, dates)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- To decorate:
- Some of candied violets
