Pineapple drunk
Instructions
Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices high a couple of inches.
Melt in a pan with the sugar and rum.
When the liquid boils, add pineapple slices, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes, turning a few times.
Arrange the fruit in 4 small plates, at the center of each slice, place a scoop of ice cream, sprinkle with the cooking sauce and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 great mature pineapple
- 60 g of cane
- Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup of rum
- 500 g of vanilla ice cream
