Instructions
Stir chocolate and water in a medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts (the mixture will thicken up themselves); gradually stir well before adding the milk and then the sugar and salt, making sure that the mixture takes on a uniform appearance.
To serve: reheat in a saucepan over medium-low or in the microwave, stirring occasionally; decorate with a sprig of Mint.

- Square 3 of unsweetened chocolate (paintings from 28 g)
- 8 cl of water
- 95 cl of hot milk
- 18 cl of dark sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- For garnishing:
- 1 sprig of mint
