Turnip greens with ham
Instructions
Peel, wash the turnip greens and boil in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain very well and place on serving dish.
Keep them warm.
In a pan Sauté two cloves of garlic in oil, remove them, add half a chopped red pepper, ham strips, a handful of crumbled bread crumbs.
Leave on the heat a few minutes, pour the dressing on turnip greens and serve.

- 100 G = = Ham (sliced 100 G)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of crumbled bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1/2 chili
