Rustic cake
Instructions
Form a fountain with flour and knead with lard, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder and lemon zest.
Work the dough until obtaining a fine paste and smooth.
Form loaves and place them on a baking pan greased with lard and floured.
After being brushed with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on the size.

- 1000 g of flour
- 150 g of lard
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 grated lemon rind
- 4 eggs
- 150 g of brewer's yeast
