Sicilian donuts
Instructions
Place the flour on the table.
Gather amid the butter, pesto with almonds, sugar, egg, baking soda and salt.
Knead as you would a pastry, forming small Donuts and align them in a buttered and lightly floured plate, pass them in the oven to heat slightly sparkling; remove them, well cooked and colorful.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of sifted flour
- 100 g of toasted almonds and pounded to a pulp in a mortar
- 200 g of fine sugar
- 1 egg
- 60 g of reduced cream butter
- 10 g of baking
- 1 pinch of salt
