Anise buns
Instructions
Pour in a jug wine, oil, sugar and anise.
Combine the flour until dough is elastic and smooth.
Derive from beads of pasta dough the diameter of a finger, and from these many Donuts.
Place them on a buttered baking sheet and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass of sugar
- Flour
- 1 handful of anise
- Butter for baking
