Carnival baked chatter
Instructions
Form the fountain with the flour, add the ingredients and knead as the egg pasta. Roll out the dough with the machine at 2 mm thickness, forming the chatter with the wheel or with stencils of cookies, brush with egg and milk, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of flour
- 50 g of sugar
- Icing sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup of grappa
- Aroma of lemon (or vanilla)
- 1 sachet of yeast
- == 1 beaten egg with a little Milk
- 40 g of olive oil (or melted butter 50 g)
