Instructions
Wash well the Cedars; cut two thirds of height (the petiole), the asportandone, which will keep aside; then, using a sharp knife or a spoon, pulp svuotateli, that you will put in a bowl.

Then recompose the Cedars by leaning over the caps removed.
Keep in the coolest part of the refrigerator until ready to serve.

- 4 great mature cedars
- 1 dram of citron liqueur
